However, your Cosmonergy Ring that is regularly worn typically needs less care, therefore, we strongly encourage you to wear your Cosmonergy Ring every day. With proper care, your Cosmonergy Ring will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come.

2-Year Limited Warranty
We offer limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for the period of 2 years, commencing from the date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Zenpolitan. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-Zenpolitan products. Do not expose your Zenpolitan products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Zenpolitan product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Zenpolitan product.
Please retain your receipt and your authenticity card, as the original proof and authenticity of the purchase.
How can I get my Cosmonergy Ring repaired?
We repair the Cosmonergy Ring made by Zenpolitan. Please email info@zenpolitan.com to obtain a Repair Form.
If the damages are not covered by the terms of Zenpolitan Warranty Policy, repair service is offered by Zenpolitan with a fee. Repair charges are based on the extent of the damage and are determined individually.
After we make an assessment, we will send you a fee estimate.
